MELANOBOOST RETURNS POLICY (UNITED KINGDOM)

All orders are dispatched from Australia. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

No General Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, delivery delays, customs charges, refused parcels, or opened products.

All sales are considered final once dispatched.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended once placed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.

Hygiene & Sealed Products

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed after delivery.

Cooling-Off Rights

Under UK consumer law, customers may have a 14-day right to cancel their order following delivery.

This right only applies to unused products that remain unopened and in their original sealed condition.

Customers wishing to exercise this right must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear, original photos of the parcel and product

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Due to international shipping and customs regulations, we do not offer replacements on UK orders.

Returned to Sender / Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal, or unpaid duties:

  • Original shipping is non-refundable

  • A £20 Return to Sender (RTS) handling fee applies

If the parcel is received back to our Australian facility, a store credit will be issued less the original shipping fee and RTS fee.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
